How can I get in contact with you if I have a problem?

This course is meant for off-line use only. I will not be next to you every day. All chapters have detailed explanations and I offer you the maximum possible information, so you can manage by yourself.

What level of fitness should I have?

The workout plan has various levels of difficulty and is aimed for a variety of people: beginners, intermediates, and advanced.

Should I get a gym membership?

The workout is based on calisthenics exercises, which use only the body weight. This type of workout can be done anywhere, at home or at the gym. Exceptions are the exercises where you need a pull-up bar or dip bars.

Do I need special equipment for physical exercise?

Most exercises use the body weight and do not require special equipment. Exception are the ones where you need a pull-up bar. This can be ordered online from any sports shop.

Can I go in my own rhythm?

Yes, you can. Integrating a healthy lifestyle is long journey, and the change can be made step by step, by following all the instructions inside Vitruvian Lifestyle.

How long until I see the first results?

If you are determined to follow all the principles continuously the results will appear in the first 2-3 weeks. After 40 days you will notice considerable changes on all 3 levels: physical health, emotional body, and body composition.

Can I eat sweets during the program?

Vitruvian Lifestyle is a health program that is very easy to follow, but has some strict nutritional rules. The only sweets that are permitted are fruits and honey. However, once per week you may have some foods outside the program but only after you have followed the program at least for 40 days.

Can I use this program if I do not tolerate gluten?

The program contains foods with gluten. If you do not tolerate gluten, these can be replaced with similar foods form legumes and cereals.

If I wake up late and don’t have time for breakfast, what can I do?

You can drink water with lemon juice, and eat a fruit.
